Numerical simulation of sediment transport models coupled with shallow water equations.
In this work we deals with numerical approximation of bedload sediment transport due to water evolution. We consider a unified formulation of serveral empirical models. We use high order finite volume methods in 1D and 2D systems over non-structured meshes. We proof some well-balanced properties of proposed schemes. Finally we present some numerical tests where we compare with analytical solutions and empirical laboratory measures.
